Our Board of Directors

Swegreen's board consists of five members.

The work of the Board

The Board of Directors is elected by the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board members are elected for a period of one year. In addition to its responsibility for the company’s organization and administration, the Board’s most important task is to take decisions on strategic matters.

In general, the Board handles matters of material importance for the Group, such as:

  • Approval of the rules of procedure and CEO instruction
  • Approval of strategic plans and policies
  • Decisions on major investments in new projects
  • Approval of business decisions and profitability targets

Jan Johansson

  • Former CEO of Oatly and Iittala Group Sweden.

  • Background within retail- and consumer goods as CEO and MD.

  • Advisor for management groups and boards in strategic projects – mainly within retail and consumer industries; either as board member or as a consultant.

  • Runs network of CEO:s with approximately 80 managers within Swedish retail business.

Anders Eriksson

CEO of Swegreen with extensive international experience in growth journeys. Long-standing experience in leading companies through scale-up phases, driving international expansion, and executing IPOs and industrial exits. A results-driven leader with a proven ability to create growth and realize value.

Mikael Nilsson

Mikael Nilsson holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics and has extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors. He previously worked at Henry Ståhl Fastigheter, which at the time was one of Sweden’s largest privately owned real estate companies outside the stock exchange.

Since 1997, Mikael has been CFO of the Supekort Group. He is also CFO of Swegreen, where he contributes to the board with deep financial expertise, experience in corporate governance, as well as a strong understanding of Swegreen’s business model and ownership structure.
